KCPL Anode bags for electroplating baths are used to coat plate anodes and anode baskets in order to prevent the residues arising from the electrolytic solution process from entering the electrolyte.
KCPL Anode bags are for example used for cyanide and acid copper electrolytes as well as nickel and zinc electrolytes.
Our anode bags are manufactured from 100% polypropylene. For the various possible applications we offer qualities with different grades of fineness. For certain applications, where a softer material has some advantages, our anode bags are alternatively available made of polypropylene fabric.
By default, the production of our anode bags in the case of anode baskets is done with sewn-in base and in the case of plate anodes without sewn-in base. All bags are provided with sewn-on cords made of polypropylene for fastening.
The dimensions of KCPL - Anode bags are adapted to the dimensions of the anode basket resp. the plate anodes. Careful processing and an accurately fitting manufacture are guaranteed with our bags.

TITANIUM HEATERS
Immersion Heaters (Bobbin and Tubular types) in seamless tubes capacity 0.5 kw to 5 kw and heating length 8" to 48", in diameter with suitable non heating zone and terminal box. This is having the feature of replaceable heating element. Special heaters are made to specification and design.
Titanium has proven to be a good choice for many solution except in fluorides, sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid.

Made from SS / Titanium tubing with replaceable Bobbin Type heating elements inside, provided with mounting plate and terminal box.
Application
