AUTO CONTROL SYSTEMS

This state of Art system is the main brain of the plant. The Hardware & Software are synchronized to suit the smooth plant management system to make possible to work round the clock with less workforce. Computer and PLC interface for data logging of output, rectifier voltage & currents control, dosing of chemicals by pH input, process time, temperature, level control, ETP monitoring system of pH & ORP meters, and as such controls all the devices in the plant and can be Screened, Monitored & Recorded. We use world renowned software like Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Siemens and are also capable to develop tailor made software devices to suit process and production requirements.
